Origin Story

Fleet to Force was founded by Marine Corps veteran, Seth Bullock, after rigorously studying and utilizing veteran entitlements for himself. First he leveraged the Post 9/11 Montgomery GI Bill to pay for his full Bachelor of Business Management, at James Cook University; spending 4 years in Far North Queensland, AU, while earning his undergrad. After returning to the US and gaining some professional experience, he began digging into his military benefits yet again; this time, his sights set on the Veteran Readiness & Employment Program. He meticulously researched the guidelines and was able to gain full sponsorship of a Master of Business Management, from CU Denver. 

 

This journey naturally led to a deep understanding of military benefits, development of strong business acumen, and ultimately a couple 'ah-ha' moments. Seth realized that there are countless applications of military benefits that are being underutilized but more importantly, that there are hundreds of millions of dollars just waiting to be spent in service of the military community. He figured out how to apply these benefits and their funds to the private sector and Fleet to Force was born.

 

Fleet to Force has established itself as THE subject matter expert on veteran focused Training & Employment programs; having spent years deciphering veteran specific legislation, building networks within government agencies, developing procedures and templates to streamline program approval, offering back-end administration support, and maintaining an updated database of available resources, like grant funding and tax credits.

Our mission is to PAYBACK the military community and until every US veteran has found a meaningful and lasting career, the work isn't done!
