Fleet to Force is a veteran focused Workforce Solutions 
Provider that was built around a singular mission:

 

Creating 'win-win' pathways of entry into the workforce,
for military veterans and the companies who support them

 We achieve this by:

​

  • Providing a business case for investing in veteran talent pools

  • Designing custom workforce solutions, aligning them with federally funded initiatives, and championing them through the approval process

  • Training on, or taking full responsibility of, administrative and reporting requirements

  • Establishing networks and systems that maintain a diverse candidate pipeline

  • Advizing on local, state and federal funding opportunities; co-authoring grant applications, if needed

  • Providing weekly check-ins to ensure programs are being run to specification

Programs:

Program:

  • Typically lasts 12-48 months

  • Targets veterans who have access to their GI Bill

  • Able to have VR&E and/or SkillBridge programs integrated, signifigantly increasing benefit

​Employer Benefits:

  • Employers save an average of 20%-30% on salary per year, per apprentice

  • A Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) may be claimed for each eligible veteran, valued between $2,400 - $9,600 per person

  • The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides partial salary reimbursement  and an account for training expenses

  • There are countless state-specific opportunities, like Work-Based Learning Incentive (WBLI) program, that offer reimbursement towards towards Apprenticeship/OJT start-up costs. The WBLI reimburses up to $10k

Program:

  • Typically lasts up to 6 months

  • Targets Active Duty servicemembers with at least 180 days remaining on their contract

  • In exchange for training and employment, businesses receive up to 6 months of labor with zero salary obligation

  • A Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) may be claimed for each eligible veteran, $4,800 per person

  • The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides partial salary reimbursement  and an account for training expenses

  • There are countless state-specific opportunities, like Work-Based Learning Incentive (WBLI) program, that offer reimbursement towards towards Apprenticeship/OJT start-up costs. The WBLI reimburses up to $10k

Program:

  • Typically lasts 6 - 24 months

  • Targets veterans who have received a service-connected disability rating of at least 10%

  • Employers are eligible to claim up to 50% reimbursement on salaries paid, for up to 6 months

  • A Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) may be claimed for each eligible veteran, valued between $4,800 - $9,600 per person

  • The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides partial salary reimbursement  and an account for training expenses

  • The Work-Based Learning Incentive (WBLI) program offers up to $10,000 reimbursement towards towards Apprenticeship/OJT start-up costs

 Fleet to Force designs, implements, and manages Training & Employment Programs that target military veterans, while leveraging public sector resources. Each program targets a different area of the military population, is designed to address specific skills gaps, and utilize different forms of outside funding but all are aligned to the same goal: achieve economic prosperity while providing military veterans with career opportunites.

Public Sector Initiatives:​

  • Qualified veterans may be claimed for a Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), between $2,400 - $9,600 

  • Work-Based Learning Incentive (WBLI) offers up tp $10,000 reimbursement 

  • Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) offers discretionary funding accounts that support training and on-the-job learning costs; veterans receive preference

  • Grants are constantly being offered at the National, State, and local levels, supporting both Apprenticeships and the military community
